The Law of Intelligence
Coherence, Homeostasis, and the Architecture of Persistence
What if intelligence is not a capability systems acquire, but a condition they must already satisfy to survive change?
Across biology, artificial intelligence, evolution, and social theory, modern explanations assume that coherence and identity emerge after complexity accumulates. The Law of Intelligence argues the opposite. It shows that persistence itself imposes a constraint governing any system that must remain itself while transforming.
Intelligence, as defined here, is not performance or prediction. It is homeostatic coherence: the capacity to preserve identity under recursive change. Systems without internal regulation drift, fragment, hallucinate, or collapse—regardless of apparent sophistication.
This single constraint explains failures that otherwise seem unrelated, from abiogenesis and evolutionary theory to AI instability and social collapse. It also clarifies what must replace false models: a triadic regulatory architecture that stabilizes relevance, integrates contradiction, and governs continuity.
This is not a manifesto or a forecast. It is a boundary. Once seen, it cannot be unseen.

The Physics of The Soul is the most cogent and intelligently presented vista I have encountered in the evolution of science that is underway. It points direction to the species-wide transformation of human consciousness that is in motion.

These films were the most inspiring pieces that I have ever seen. I have spent years trying to find the truth that you have put together in these documentaries. My life will never be the same. Thank you.

I have been a student of this genre of philosophy for many years. It has been said that ‘the Truth can’t be told’……and yet with Beyond Me, you’ve done exactly that. I commend you for this wonderful work of art and contribution to Mankind.

This film changed my life today and I am forever thankful to Frank for creating it and sharing it. May it have the same profound effect on all who are lucky enough and/or open enough to view it and embrace the enlightenment it offers.

At the end of the day, I’m just a dude trying to figure out life without making too much of a mess, yet I also identify as a philosopher, scientist, spiritual anthropologist, humanitarian, and documentary filmmaker. Following a 30-year career in Silicon Valley as a technologist and entrepreneur, I turned to giving back to society by using my high-tech background to produce films that combine ancient wisdom traditions with cutting-edge research in consciousness studies, modern physics, and quantum mechanics. This aligns with my passion for what I call “spiritualology”—the synthesis of science, spirituality, philosophy, psychology, and anthropology into a comprehensive new model of reality designed to explain our biological and spiritual existence and contribute to the evolution of human consciousness. Beyond these serious pursuits, I am known for a wry sense of humor and an eclectic array of experiences, ranging from creating a phenomenal new team sport, dabbling in heirloom tomatoes, operating a gourmet “Indian” pizza restaurant, and writing a little ditty about devotion, to previously inventing disruptive telephony technologies in the early 2000s that were precursors to visual voicemail, Siri-like voice recognition, and video platforms like Skype and YouTube.
